Cheese corn balls (No onion/ No garlic)

Preparation time: 20 mins, Cooking time: 25 mins

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup boiled and crushed sweet corn
  • 1 cup boiled corn kennels
  • 4-5 grated processed cheese
  • 3-4 medium sized green chillies chopped
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black paper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • oil
  • 1 cup all propose flour slurry
  • 1 cup dry all purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs

Recipe Preparation:

  1. In a large getting pan add the milk and let it be boil for 3 mins
  2. Add half cup of all propose flour and mix it well
  3. Then add chopped capsicum, crushed and boiled corn, corn kennels, green chillies, coriander leaves, parsley and mix it well
  4. Add salt, pepper and oregano and mix it again
  5. Again 1 tbsp of all propose flour and mix it to make thick consistency
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and let it be cool at room temperature
  7. Once its cooled, wet your palms and make the balls from it
  8. Deep the ball first in to dry all propose flour, then all propose flour slurry and then last into bread crumbs
  9. Prepare all the balls likewise and side by heart the oil into frying pan to deep fry the balls
  10. Deep fry all the balls and serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney!!

My Tip: Make sure the mixture should be thick enough to make the balls otherwise it would be mess!
