No bake Lasagna using homemade sheets!( Jain / No onion, No garlic)

Preparation time: 10 mins, Cooking time: 20 mins

Recipe Ingredients:

For Lasagne sheets:

  • 400 gms all propose flour
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

For fillings:

  • 6 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese

Recipe Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, as all propose flour, salt and oil and make a soft dough.
  2. Now roll it very thin using rolling pin and cut it into squares using pizza cutter.
  3. Side by side boil the water into frying pan then add salt, oil and add the lasagne sheets we made.
  4. Let it cook for 10 mins.
  5. And strain it using strainer and then put them into cold water and again strain it out.

Filling 1:

  1. In a frying pan add 1 tsp of oil, and add chopped tomatoes, oregano, chilli flakes, sugar, tomato ketchup, pepper powder and salt. Let it be cooked to make thick constituency sauce.

Filling 2:

  1. In another frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil, broccoli florets, salt and pepper powder. Allow it to saute for 5 mins.

Making of lasagne:

Now in a large frying pan follow below steps:

  1. First spread some tomato filling
  2. Spread 3 lasagne sheets on that
  3. Spread broccoli filling on that
  4. Spread some processed cheese
  5. Again spread some sheets
  6. Spread tomato filling
  7.  Again some sheets
  8.  Again broccoli filling
  9.  Again some sheets
  10.  And at last spread remaining processed cheese and mozzarella cheese and put the lid on the pan and allow it to cook for 8 to 10 mins Once cooked, cut it into rectangle pieces and serve it!

My Tip: Make sure the tomato filling is thick otherwise while cooking, the sauce would spread all over!
