Have made the jain patties here using raw bananas and tastes yummy in veg burger!
Preparation time: 20 mins, Cooking time: 15 mins
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed raw bananas, boiled peras, carrot, all other ingredients and mix it well.
- Make the circular patties from that stuffing and dip into all purpose flour slurry. Rub that into fresh bread crumbs and deep fry them.
- Cut the better buns into half, put they in non stick pan which is greased with butter and let it be hot
- Now apply butter in base bun, put tomato and cucumber slices, patty, apply mayonnaise and ketchup and then put lettuce and finally cheese slice! Put the second half of the bun on top and serve it with fresh fries and drink!
